The food is very good, terrible service from the waiters, they don't know anything about the bathroom, the baby chairs, super dirty sticky, we are in a time of pandemics and so it keeps getting dirty, I won't come back again.

Staff (not the microbe) obeys proper protocol, masks, sanitizers, etc.. That said, not only is this city progressive in urban development, it seems tolerant of those choosing to ignore protocol protecting the vulnerable. There's almost a reticence , not in this charming and delicious top-shelf-authentic "fonda" though, or cautiousness to withhold behaviour which might single one out as incompatible with local socio-political norms.Here , this reviewer is discussing the pervasive local political atmosphere outside Guata Linda *- not the hidden gem of the fine eatery that it is. * possibly the new name or mistaken name not congruent with maps' nomenclature Seemingly simple, the Tamals, tamales, exude modest subtle and astounding complexity that many distaff foodies would describe as "to die for". (NOT like the Beacon in Sptgbg. which might be " to die FROM).
