Always check your call in or online order. Over the last 2 years my order is always wrong. Somehow if I place a to go order in person its always correct. Why is that? Are chives no longer on Lots-A-Tots? If not, please update the description on the menu. Haven't got those with my order in 2 years. The girls are nice. If this weren't the closet location, I swear I wouldn't return.

Food and service were great! I ordered roasted traditional with Caribbean Jerk rub and a side of onion rings - all served hot and fresh. Great beer selection.

We tried 5 different kinds of wings: original, buffalo mild, cajun, terriyaki and garlic parmesan. My favorite of the wings was definitely the garlic parmesan. But we have a family of 9 and the most enjoyed from everyone else was the teriyaki. The baby got grilled chicken and fries which was really good! Our middle child got a burger which he really enjoyed as well.

The food was absolutely not good or worth the money. My fiance got chicken tenders and they were flimsy and chewy. I got the boneless wings and they seemed to be the same chicken tender quality, but cut up to bite size pieces. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our waitress to ask for our drinks. I actually had to go to the hostess due to lack of communication. Here's the bad part: The waitress billed up the wrong tab, which was 10 dollars more expensive than our original tab. I addressed it, then instead of refunding the difference, the waitress instead charged on top of what was incorrect, the difference of the bills instead of refunding. So, our original bill was $39 dollars but got charged 52 instead. GM said he fixed it but a week later no change. I do NOT encourage anybody to eat at this Hooters.
