Firehouse Subs Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for quality sandwiches and much more. I have been happy with all of the sandwiches that they have prepared from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything prepared the way you want it.

Food was good. Place was super dirty though. Lady at register and shorter girl was super rude didn’t even make eyes contact and seemed we where inconveniencing her that we where here ordering. Even laughing at customers as they ordered food. I ordered a large sub so I can have some later. Always loved saving some for later and they both laughed at me. Super rude place and I can’t believe their behaviors. One I’m even sure was a manager. Seems they have an issue with that here per reviews I have seen before that. Very disappointing when your whole job is to help customers.

The people working there just don’t want to be there. Feels like you’re bothering them. The women with short black hair at the register is showing you the different kind of bread by throwing the plastic bag containing the bread of the back …We are sincerely grateful for your feedback and we want you to know that the rude and impatient behavior you mentioned is not the norm. Excellent, friendly, and heartfelt service is a big part of our goal, and it is disappointing to hear it wasn't met during your visit. Your experience will be shared with the private owner to review.
