This is a perfect spot for a picnic. It's (most of the time) not overcrowded and easy to get in and out of. The water level has been dwindling for years now so don't expect to go swimming or snorkeling but for a nice breeze and a quiet place to dip your toes in the water this place is perfect. The path is paved mostly and the stones leading to the falls is large stones. This location is pet friendly. This location offers no restroom facilities. Also if you are reading this, bring a bag and be sure to take your refuse out with you. (and any other trash you see if you want to preserve our state parks for the next generation). Also this is a paid state park with options to play online with your phone.
