My family had a family reunion in the area and the Hilton was the host hotel. I worked with the staff prior to arrival and the service was excellent from start to finish. Shannon made sure that our experience was smooth and seamless. Several family members expressed their pleasure with the service of the hotel. We had a family member who was vegan and had limited choices for the breakfast buffet. I spoke with one of the employees and he, immediately resolved the situation to her liking. Great customer service once again! My only suggestion is the need to update. The lobby was quite warm the entire weekend. The grounds could use some work and pressure washing, but that may take some time to coordinate. I would still recommend choosing this hotel.

Depending on your standards, is how you can rate this hotel. I'm giving 2 stars to be nice. I've stayed in some dumps and this isn't quite there. I will say for the price it definitely not worth it, and should not fall under the Hilton brand. I'd say this place is a 1 time thing. The front desk guy I checked in with was wonderful. The room is dated. The bathroom is very dated. It was also not very clean. I overlooked the dirt because I brought my own blankets, pillows and towel. It's simple things that cld take this place up, like having the remote in plastic. The bathroom needs to be completely renovated. I can't stress enough how expensive this place is and not worth it. But, if your standards are in line with this type of place you'll be just fine.

This was absolutely not worth the price. I've paid half as much for rooms that were twice as nice. When you stay in a Hilton, you expect something above average, and this barely hit average. The room looked like a hospital room, there were stains on the sheet and shower curtain, room service wasn't available, and the vending machine didn't even work. Definitely not a good experience, and definitely won't be staying again.

I loved staying in This hotel! Its beautiful welcoming! There's. Starbucks inside down in the lobby, a bar and restaurant. They also have a ballroom down stairs although I unfortunately didn't have the chance to go down and see it for myself. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend to everyone I know
