Definitely not for the people! it was my first time I never had a speeding ticket in Georgia and I was forced to pay the $205 or be on probation there was absolutely no other resolutions that no one talked to me about knowing that I'm new and I never had a speeding ticket I couldn't even get a warning and I never had one before. Either way you paid a fine and they made sure of that!!!!!

By far my worst experience in a court room. Calling names during a break then forcing those those that stepped out during a BREAK into either a guilty or nolo is completely unfair and possibly unlawful. Some people have to use the restroom or feel unwell. Guess this worthless little town needs money for their poor practices.

They like to eat lunch too. You may notice they are open during lunch hours to help the citizens who try to do stuff during their lunch hour
The courthouse opens at 8:00 am and you should be able to get something notarized in the Commissioners office.
