Why even make appointments? We arrived 15 minutes prior to our 930 appt and at 1030 still hadn't been seen. Don't put ridiculous appointment requirements and then not be expedient enough to call people on time. The staff was friendly and professional but the service is unacceptable

The staff is wonderful. The only issue was I seen a giant roach cross the floor in front of me. Watched the area around closely after that.
