If I could do no stars I would. I called to ask for a wedge pillow as one of college students broke his collar bone, had surgery, and needed one to help him sleep. They verified they had them told me they closed at 5pm. I said I would see them soon. I areived at office at 430, watched two women walk out as I pulled in. Thwy sat in their cars, watched me check door and then left after I got into my car. I don't normally write mean reviews, but if this is how you run your business, its disgraceful.

When asking for an email stating what is needed to be ordered for my cpap so that I can furnish this information to my new doctor, I was told to take the equipment to the doctor and let him figure it out. Reliable has the information there since this is where I get my supplies. Rude and not helpful at all. The woman I spoke with acted like it was an inconvenience to furnish me with what I needed.
