First visit: Order was in correct. Second visit: 20 minute wait even though Express Drive thur requested through app. They should have more staff during peak hrs i.e. breakfast and lunch. They should use second line for express orders only instead of merging everyone into one line.

Mobile order was a disaster, waited 10+ minutes for incorrect (short items) cold order…actually order chicken, egg and cheese muffin that was made from a broken down biscuit, that actually still had the top of biscuit in the sandwich.That’s a first. What’s more frustrating, is I contacted Chick-fil-A and received Email but no credit for the short / poor prepared items or contact from the restaurant.

The anticipated Chick-Fil-A Cane Bay restaurant that everyone has been waiting for. I’ve been here a few times the food quality is great just as usual at most local CFA spots around town. Unfortunately, still to this date for all the times that I visited, the customer service is unsatisfactory. On day 1 of opening I came in with an open mind and understanding that the employees are new, which is perfectly understandable. Over time that I’ve been coming back, the customer service has not changed. The employees messed up our order multiple times. They are not paying attention to what folks ordered. 3 instances they missed the soft drinks that goes along with our meals. There was no response after we said thank you, typically they’re accustomed to say “My Pleasure” or at least a you’re welcome would be nice. They don’t utilize the order markers that the cashier give you instead they walk around blind calling a random name until they find you in the seating area. There’s a reason why those signs are given or table numbers being placed so you know exactly where to deliver the meal. On to the positive side, the building architecture is well thought out. Lots of open parking space and the drive through setup is nicely done. The CFA sign outside by the main road is a nice touch even during the evening with the back lit LED. Overall, if the Store Operator can address the issues with customer service I believe this location will be better in the future. I will update this review as time goes by.

The slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Staff everywhere but a lot of talking and less help with taking peoples orders outside. Took 30 minutes in line.

I'm not certain as to the process of applying. You might try online. Asking I'd applying at local store is available or if its strictly an online application. Every store, I believe, is hiring for drivers.
