We try to order parts and when we wait an hour and call the store, they nonchalantly tell us it's in another store from another town. But no one calls to inform us of this and we wait. When you do call and find out those representatives act like our business isn't worth the effort. It is why the majority of my orders go to Fisher auto parts. No leadership nor sales staff that wants our business at Napa, no way.

Got the wrong parts completely! Was given an external fuel pump after I told them it was in the tank. I had a picture of the external housing with broken metal hose. Now I have to drive from Jonesboro to Johnson City and back again. Not happy. Gasoline is too high for mistakes like this.
