Went for Mother’s Day and made a reservation for 5. At arrival no one was at front to great my group and about two other groups that had just arrived a couple minutes before me. All three groups waited for about 15 min before someone finally came, to tell each groups that it would be another 10 - 15 min before seated because there was only three servers. Well after waiting 55 min from the time of my reservation, and one group in front of me being seated, and the second group deciding to go somewhere else, we were finally seated. Well, with all that time to kill we had figured out what we were going to order. So ordering was fast. There’s three stars bc of the poor service for reservations and honoring peoples time and for having confirmed so many reservations knowing there wasn’t enough servers, and even though they were working with only three servers the waitress we got was great and attentive, and still in a great mood, even though I’m sure she must have been exhausted. We did have to ask for napkins because they weren’t given, but other than that the food was delicious and our waitress great.

Went for mother's day and had a reservation for 2p. We arrived and there was no one at the lobby. We stood there for 20 minutes and watched as employees walked past us and never asked if they could help us with anything. Eventually I had to approach the kitchen window and ask if I could be seated. The employee told another employee "just sit them at the bar". We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order or even offer water. Again, I had to get up and go to the kitchen window and asked if someone could take my order and I was told that someone will be with me soon. So eventually I had to go to the bar and asked MEGAN, the bar tender if I could have my order taken. Megan was very nice and apologized and said she would take my order at the bar. We eventually got our food but no plates. No utensils. We had to again get up and ask the kitchen if I could get plates and utensils. What a mess. I was shocked. Megan was the only good thing about this day. I was not going to leave a tip for anyone because of the horrible service but I did leave a tip for Megan as she was the only one who helped and cared. Eventhough she was the bar tender and not the waiter. This place has gone downhill so much. It was emabarassing to talk highly of it to my family and then they see this. They said "we should have gone to the Italian restaurant on Muddy Branch Rd instead " and I agreed. Never again.

What an awesome experience!!!!! We went for an late lunch early dinner. Joseph and crew were awesome! I love the family style dining. Listening to the kitchen talking and laughing was just like being in someone's home. I will definitely eat here again 🤗🤗🤗
