I had a great experience for the most part but there is a nurse that works in the office of Dr Hanson that is a bully. She seems to feel like I am in need of being belittled because I'm poor.

My mom just recently had to be admitted to Washington County Hospital for a double pneumonia. She ended up having complications and was airlifted to Atlanta. The staff was amazing the whole time she was there. They communicated with us very well and we felt like we were saying goodbye to family when she left. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors for the exceptional care.

I got burned by a pressure cooker and came to the hospital for treatment. They sente back home within an hour saying I jus had 1st degree my stomach and Chest started getting darker and blisters kept popping up. Long story short I had to go to the burn center in Augusta and have emergency surgery for 2md and 3rd degree burns. They need to do better.

They have great internet for hospital visitors. I assume that should also apply to ecf.

I have to say this hospital is dirty the doctors don’t know how to treat patients, I have spent 7 hours with my daughter for a bad migraine and it was not even busy and they did not even get her name right ! What type of hospital is this?

Mam i work for this hospital and i see hundreds of people in need of help everyday and i have never witnesssd anything less than top of the line and sometimes over the too care you have to understand we have some of the best executives, doctors and nurses trying very hard to make this hospital the very best facility that it can it gonna take a little time after the yesrs of neglect that it received but i work around these people everyday and I witness alot of very good things happening there everyday like i said its gonna take some time but theyhave come a long way in just a short period of time. Please be patient,pray and we will have a number 1 place for medical care soon
