Beautiful area to relax and enjoy the cool, clear water. Secluded and great place to relax (during the week).

Beautiful beach. Great place to get together with friends and family. Does fill up fast so you want to make sure you get there pretty early to get a good spot. *There is wildlife and people don't respect their space. There were numerous adults and kids that were bothering and scaring momma duck and their ducklings by chasing and throwing rocks at them. I do wish there were frequent rangers coming by to observe the area..

A perfect place to find a warm spot in the sunshine on an otherwise cool December

Great place to start your Russian river floating experience! The staff members were so kind to offer us duct tape given that our floats popped and lost air. Thank you so much and looking forward to going back!

Yes, I believe it is $7. There is also a sonoma county parks pass though, which is $70. I would say $7 is about exactly worth it.

Yes! Steelhead is a wonderful place for kids to run around and play. We bring our kids and dogs there all of the time and they love it!

How is the water, is it good to swim or is it low?

There was only one spot where I saw people getting stuck rafting last week. Plenty of people swimming. The water will slowly get lower all summer though!
