They won't answer the phone or return calls for anything! They send out letters days after the deadline. They wrongfully close cases when you do what you're supposed to and they'll tell you that you didn't. If you can't reach your caseworker, you have to call their supervisor, then that supervisor's supervisor and it just keeps going. Wasting time. They don't call for phone interviews when they're supposed to. So ridiculous.

my freaking god this is the worst place in my life to deal with, constant waiting and wasting your time just one question after another with no answers in sight. no one picks up the phone, been trying to talk to a human about something they sent me and I want to get it taken care of before time runs out but that's not gonna happen. this place needs to be revamped!!!!!!!!
