I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the new location does not have handicapped accessible parking. Otherwise, it's still the same great Staff and service! The Staff here have always been extremely kind and helpful to me. I've needed to ask for extra assistance due to a disability and they have not hesitated to help. The "Print and Go" service, that let's you print, scan and copy on your own, is great! It is a busy place and lines can be long but in my experience the staff will do whatever they can to make it easier. Thanks everyone!

Called ahead to this location to make sure they could help. Took of work early only to find out I was misinformed, not a big deal normally. Eli(?) Looked very busy, there was a long line. After 10 minutes or so waiting in line, Britton come out asks how he can help. I hand him my express shipment already packaged and labeled. I thank him and he begins to walk away. At this point Britton begins to mishandle my package, being rougher than i'd like and repeatedly tipping it despite nurmerous arrows indicating which way the package must face. I asked Britton to please be careful, the package is clearly marked "fragile/live animal". Britton immediately smiled then handed me the package back saying "as a matter of fact, we can't take this, sorry". No explination or alternative given. I began to leave, but stopped to explain that I had called to ensure it was okay before leaving work early. Britton just repeated they wouldn't take it. After an awkward silence, i asked "who could" to which he replied "the airport". I had to ask when they closed to which britton replied "i can call them FOR you and find out if you don't want to" clearly annoyed he wasn't finished with me yet. Britton was completely unapologetic and unprofessional for a situation that I didn't create myself. He demonstrated poor leadership and management skills and I somehow doubt it's an isolated incident.

I had to send a fax and didn't know how, Britton was awesome and did it for me. Unfortunately I forgot to sign it. I came back and Amanda showed me how to resend it. I wanted to ask if everything was finish, another guy seemed irritated that I asked him if everything was closed out...but Britton and Amanda are very helpful and made me very happy.
