I never lived here and I'm giving it 1 star. For one, It took over a month to start the process of getting approved and moving towards signing a lease. No one at this complex answers the phone for whatever reason, it's like pulling teeth. They also do not return messages left. Their agent sent my employee verification form to my recruiter with typos and called her by the wrong name twice. While there was STILL no lease signed, me and my partner decided to not move forward, via message of course because again no one answers the phone. Do not apply for a unit here unless you want to be ghosted and met with an incredible amount of unprofessionalism from their leasing team.

The only complaint I have about living here is that the pool is closed the majority of the year! Why? All other apartments in the Pooler area with pools have been open for months now! Why is ours still closed? We pay rent to be able to use the pool. If it’s closed maybe our rents should be pro-rated during these hot months! Just saying!

I lived at Pooler Station Apartments from June 2020 to September of 2021. The Office management back in 2020 by the name of Nikki was very helpful and I really appreciated all her help when I was relocating from Nashville, TN !! I also really appreciated all of Shyla's help, she took over in Nikki's spot, she was also super helpful when I was relocating from Pooler, Ga to Orlando, FL !! I recommend this Apartment Community and I would rent there again, if I were to move back to the area!

I have lived here 3 years have tried to move out on wait list to get out of here I had to live with drug dealers and bad service I waited over a week to have a stove replaced when maint man broke glass on mine I had to call repeatedly as usual I was finally given a dusty filthy used stove the main guy lied saying it was brand new right out of box I had to pay my aid to clean last year it was broken ac unit and it took weeks in sweltering heat with loaner window unit that brought in moisture to have that repaired dumpster not emptied or working aid was not able to throw trash out I'm 73 and disabled and repeatedly taken advantage and disresped beware moving here large turnover .
