Went here to just look at rings. The lady helping me was super friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service, even while knowing I wasn't fully committed to buying anything. The store was super clean, well maintained and upkept. Good selection of jewelry. Overall happy with my visit.

Save yourself the time and headache and visit another location. The manager told my wife to paint the inside of her engagement ring with nail polish. The assistant said "it would take two weeks to send the ring out and get it replated". The next day we went to the Savannah location. They were baffled when we shared our experience and replated our ring within two hours.

I am currently awaiting a service on a pearl necklace that I am constantly having to remind them of. It’s inappropriate for a customer to continually call which frustrates both parties when the job should just be done. Customer service as far as repairs are concerned they are SUB PAR!!!! I will update as details unfold. Because my initial repair due date was August 8,2021. It is now August 16, 2021 and they are just telling me that they had to send it off to another jeweler because their jeweler doesn’t work on pearls. You’d think they would’ve relayed that information to me before they received them in the first place? God Speed

At the Jared store in the outlet they don't resize on the spot. They send them out to the Savannah store, The Savannah store does resize them though.
