This Funeral home is a Joke!!! I shouldn't even give them 1 star!! They are So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My dad passed away in 2020, we did the pre arrangements with Gordon Floyd, had to take my dad's life insurance policy with us, and Got a receipt that said PAID IN FULL!! I have had problems with them saying that his life insurance didn't pay for his Funeral... "QUESTION"????? Will they even do a funeral service if it hasn't been payed for???? Anyways, they had two employees that got fired for insurance fraud... IMAGINE THAT!!!!! Not only am I still greiving, I'm having to deal with this funeral home saying that I owe them 12.000 dollar's for his Funeral!!! And they even Admitted that it WAS THEIR FAULT.... I mean WHAT!!??? GET IT TOGETHER FLOYD'S!!! I am beyond Furious!!! My advice to anyone who has lost a loved one. Go somewhere else!!! Do not use this Funeral Home!!!!!

Gordon and his team are a class act. Family treated like royalty. Services were very nice and well planned.

For years we have used Floyd’s Cemeteries for our family. My mother passed in October and it has been the worst experience ever. During my mother’s transition we were told there was some delays due to the entire staff walking out with new management. Nia helped us with the custom headstone. We even discovered that another family member did not have one and bought another one. We ended up spending 12k for them both. For months we have called and asked for correspondence and updates and nothing. It was at the point it felt that our calls were being avoided. It was very challenging living out of state with no proper feedback from management. We finally was able to speak with Nia and she said that she dropped the ball with contacting us and that she will let us know when headstones would be placed at the cemetery. Our aunts was placed out with no notification to let us know. When we asked about our mother, we was told they would let us know. Five months has past and no updates. I’m highly disappointed at the poor Communication with the new management. We still have no updates and saddened by the quality of service. We have been professional to the staff and management and would just like the same service. Floyd’s has always had a standard of excellence, however the new company that bought them has lowered that service. We have generations of family members that rest on the properties and this is the first time we had to consider other options in the future.
