Long wait time, long line of people waiting, drive thru closed due to staff shortage, med not filled although it’s on automated refills and called to have it refilled, mistake with a medication

Pharmacy staff is rude and nasty!! We booked drive thru COVID test and they sent us away twice saying we didn't have an appointment!! I showed the girl in the drive thru my confirmation email and text saying drive thru test and she decided to get hateful and kept saying well just call the number!! Train your staff better cause at this point it's ridiculous!

Never go to the CVS on East Main Street late at night. All they care about it getting out of there and going home. They do not do a sweep of the store to make sure no customer are left in the store nor do they do a closing announcement. THEY WILL LOCK YOU IN THE STORE AND LEAVE.
