Very unprofessional and care nothing about their customers or losing your business.. the management and the receptionist (all locations) very inconsiderate … I won’t be returning!!

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and incompetent. They were suppose to reschedule my appointment and didn’t. Then on top of that they counted it as a no show and still charged me 50%. When I called them back, they said it was nothing they could do about it. Then she stated their call log couldn’t see previous calls and that I had 2 profiles. Instead of doing the right decent thing, which was to credit my money to my next visit or refund me my money…They would rather loose business. I should not have to suffer a lost because of their mistakes. The receptionist needs to be fired. Want get another penny out of me.
