Those knives came back SHARP!!! I had my knives sharpened before, with disappointing results. Needless to say that I was skeptical at first to hand my knives over to another "professional knife sharpener"... And was I mistaken!!! If you need someone to take care of your knives, look no further. Michael got you covered. I can't recall my knives being ever that sharp after I bought them! Thank you, Michael! I will be back.

Michael was quick and responsive, and as he says the knives came back "super sharp". I was impressed with the chip removal and the reshaping of the points which had been dulled or bent.

Hi there, I sharpen freehand, depending on the steel and knife shape that’s how I base my angles. From 10-25 degrees. I don’t take request for specific bevel degrees, i just make them crazy sharp. Thanks!
