I have been going to this facility for just over a week and this place saved my life. my counselor mr John really cares about his patients. The nurses work hard to get you took care of. I absolutely love this place and plan on staying.

I am very happy with my treatment at the center in Columbia South Carolina. I have been there for 2 years now and have always been treated kindly and respectfully. I am looking forward to completing my treatment at the center soon. 🙂

You can go on a Monday or Thursday. But you have to be there at five cause it's allot of paperwork. it's definitely worth the wait though cause you get a dose the same day. I disagree with him btw i used the day before i went. It doesn't make a difference. Crossroads was the best decision I've made for myself in years. Good luck and the people there are awesome!

Greetings, thank you for reaching out! We are an opioid dependency outpatient treatment facility. The Columbia, SC location offers Methadone treatment. Every patient is different in regard to the length of time they need in treatment therefore, the length of the program will be dependent on a patient-by-patient basis and discussed with the doctor throughout treatment. In the program you will meet with the doctor to discuss your treatment plan. You will also meet with a counselor who will provide additional assistance throughout treatment. The Intake Schedule for Columbia, SC is Monday and Tuesday: 5:30-6:00am *New patients must arrive in the office no later than 6:00am to start the new patient process. If you should have further questions regarding the program or intake process, please contact us at 800-805-6989 during the clinics open hours of Mon-Fri 5am-10am and we'll be happy to get you transferred to clinic staff who can further assist.
Hi Misty, we are an outpatient facility only for opioid dependence.
Unless your a new patient. New patients only pay a dollar for the 1st thirty days. Then the normal pricing starts. You can also charge up to 2 days on credit if you have a problem. Hope this helps! Ask anything you want we will try to help ! Good luck!
If you can go to Lexington treatment center they're so much better free with medicade don't know about insurance but 15$ for the first 30 days and they are really quick getting you dosed
Is it outpatient at Lexington and what time do you have to be there
Monday and Thursday are the only days they do intake, because those are the only days the Dr is in. You also need to be there as close to 5AM as possible. I'm not sure how long after 5 they cut off intake, but I'd bet 6 would be too late
$14 per day
No you can't but they do except Medicaid and the dose goes down to $8 today
