Any other UPS store but this one. The front desk clerk greeted me, was quite polite, asked what I needed, and said they could do that. Then a man standing behind her with his hands behind his back emerged to ask what I needed. I needed one booklet bound. He said they could not start it until tomorrow. He informed me they needed lead time for printing and binding projects. I told him no printing was involved, and the binding would take literally less than 5 minutes. He said it is still binding even if it was one booklet, and informed me of their closing time...which was 45 minutes away. If you need something fast, this UPS store is not the one. The other UPS stores have never let me down.

The staff was very happy, and helpful. The gal helped me when a prepaid label in my email didn’t work the way I thought it would. It was quick and easy, they didn’t care that I hadn’t taped the box and were quick to help. I’d go back.
