I can’t believe it’s taken me 31 years to finally get a Brazilian wax…actually i can because fear makes quite the impact! I found Kayla through a google search and saw nothing but good reviews so I figured I’d give her a shot! I would love to say she made the experience painless lol but she did make it super quick and simple. In and out in about 15 minutes, if that. My favorite part was how she’s ripping your lip off while casually holding a conversation haha. it was a good distraction but i’m not going to lie…it hurt (as expected). She was very friendly and made the experience better and less awkward than how i imagined it might be. Now that i’ve ripped the bandaid off (pun intended) I definitely will come back to her for all of my waxing needs!!

I have never experienced the worst customer service in my whole entire life. This person is so unprofessional. If I can give this person zero stars I would. It started to were they changed my appointment three times only notified me once. Finally confirmed my appointment. I notice traffic backed up on the highway text the lady saying I am 8 mins away. I never been to this place before and I’m a newbie in the wax game. Didn’t know my gps took me across the street from the correct location and I called to confirm and the lady sound very understanding that I wasn’t in the correct location and gave me directions to the exact location. This person is in a middle of a construction zone, dead in traffic, only one lane and takes forever to circle back around. Only to finally get up to the building to be sent a cancellation message. How can we solve this issue because I was late passed my appointment time? Only to be sent a voice message stating she never heard from me and it’s considered a no call no show policy and I know it’s not your fault but I am ok keep your $68 deposit. Make it make sense you know it’s not my fault but I’m keeping your money and there is no policy information listed on your website at all. Look all up and down and no policy, no lateness, no call and no show policy. I didn’t sign anything stating I understand that you will keep my whole entire deposit and not get service.I would’ve loved to have been a regular customer but now I’m scared for a person with such Ill intentions to come close to my private area.
