Been driving for Lyft a little under 2 years now, and to be able to make money when needed, while keeping your own schedule has been a really amazing thing for my life. - This staging area sits directly off the Charlotte Douglas Airport Terminal. A place to use the restroom or take a break/nap, and even clean your car. And when your ready to take rides it will put you into a Queue so you know when your up next. Cars come and go a-lot of course, but everyone minds there own business or engages in conversation, but everyone respects your space and your privacy. It is a fantastic concept for the obvious driver but also for the passengers because you can catch a Lyft ride within minutes from the Airport and elsewhere!

There is no phone number. This is where drivers wait for people to arrive at the airport. They are in a queue and go when they are notified.
