Ordered online and the app says it was open until 3 so i ordered at 2:35 through the app just to get there and it was closed. horrible location

Placed an online order, and was informed AT THE DELIVERY time of the order it was canceled, because apparently it's they closed at 2PM, (order was placed at 2pm and was supposed to be delivered at 2:33pm) had to call just to be told to call customer service for a refund. Online on google it said it was open till 3PM and I was allowed to place an order. So now I spend over 20 minutes holding on custom service just to tell me that it was refunded and it'll take a week to get my money back. Understand that you're low staffed, but at LEAST notify me after I place an order not wait until the time it's supposed to be delivered, send me a text saying haha it was canceled lol and make me call. Seriously a waste of time.
