I recently brought two standing lamps in for repair (a newer Stiffel and a crazy old lamp). They did a great job with the repairs, and had good advice on a number of questions I had. Great place!

UPDATE: Went into see if they could help rewire a new lamp I had purchased with a difficult to find bulb. They were not able to get any bulb to work at the store until they moved components around and got it working with a regular bulb! I had not even tried to get the lamp to work so was surprised it didn't even work! After they fixed that I found a bulb at home that worked so I ended up getting my new lamp to work for just a few minutes of their time. Very generous of them. Ty. :) Terrific service! Just came in with a lamp my kitten knocked over. Was fixed right in the store super fast! 🙂 Only $10. Great guys! Highly recommend.

Replacement for a kitchen light. Hard choice. Big box stores were boring. The choices at Michaels were amazing! Great service from the busy owner too. Website well done.

Questions & Answers

What are your hours. No one ever answers phone when I call and it says the mailbox is full?? Is your store on 50th open during the day?

Yes

I have a small crystal ceiling light that I would like to incorporate into a short floor lamp. Is this something you can do? Also have antique ceiling chandelier that needs cleaning. Do you do that sort of thing? Thanks! Joan Boeser

They can do that I'm sure. Haven't seen a project they couldn't complete and complete well. Incredible craftsmanship.
