Most incompetent agency I’ve worked with. They send their employees off and let them get treated like they mean nothing by the people they’re supposed to be helping out. They don’t stand up for you, but they will threaten your job to keep a good face with these companies. In reality they just don’t wanna go out of business with these horrible companies bc the money is probably good.

Post-Covid, Recruiters are on a mission to return candidates back to the office - no matter how many times you express "Remote Only Interest or Lack of Vaccination." One Recruiter admitted they continue to post Remote position's that are no longer being filled to attract new interest. It is my experience in the last 6 weeks, that they will state your a good fit, ask for a phone interview and then begin using tactics to redirect me to an in-person position and wont give the info regarding the posted- Remote position I applied for. Spoke to Manager Kurt 9/20 whom seem to point to a possible "file coding error" verse a strategic method of dealing with the many candidates that still desire remote work as of September 2022, however, I file the complaint under medical discrimination and deceptive/misleading advertisement practices. The Pre-Covid RH Recruiters built a relationship with you and took their time in placing you into the fit of your choice without any pressure to change the course of your direction just to suit them.

I'm so disappointed by how incompetent this company is.. At first, they were able to get me a position very quickly. But I soon realized I did not fit in with that position. So I asked about different roles. They told me to put in my 2 weeks at that job because they said "we will have something lined up for you by the time your 2 weeks are up". (I still have the email where they said this) They didn't. I needlessly quit the job and had been unemployed for 2 months. I kept being promised I would be matched with something and I wasn't. I had to go to another staffing company to find a job which I thankfully did. I would email and call over and over about any job posting that I was interested in on the Robert Half app. But I either never got a call back, or by the time I did get a call back, the position was already filled. I had to call and email so much that I'm sure it felt like a bit much for them, but no one would get back to me about the jobs I was interested in. If you want a staffing company that will stay on top of things I would recommend Ultimate Staffing Services!
