For the last couple of months you can not get through to a person. You leave a number on the automated service and never received a call back. When you sit on hold for longer than “the estimated wait time” the call or line is picked up and then disconnected. Also, they told my mom her insurance would cover it but they’d bill Ucare first, it would be denied and her other insurance would cover it. They wouldn’t go any further over billing Ucare to ensure it would be covered and she ended up paying a lot out of pocket. She should be reimbursed, the bill should be be charged to the correct insurance. This company has really gone down hill quickly and I’m questioning why.

They say we'll send you products until we get it right. Not true. I got a bad infection from their cheap products. I'll continue purchasing mine incontinence products in the pharmacy bcuz I will never ever buy or suggest their products again

I've been using this company for diapers and incontinence pads for several months now. My daughter is 8 and on Florida Medicaid. All of the employees have been super nice and the deliveries have come as scheduled. I hope ActivStyle keeps it up, dealing with medical suppliers can really be disappointing and so far this company has been hassle-free!

Unfortunately, Florida Medicaid does not cover incontinence supplies for anyone over the age of 20. Medicare does not cover any incontinence supplies.
No. Medicare does not cover incontinence supplies. Check your eligibility by calling ActivStyle at 1-800-651-6223, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 7PM.

Yes, Nebraska Medicaid does cover some incontinence supplies. You will need a diagnosis of incontinence from your doctor for Medicaid to pay for supplies. To see if you are eligible to receive supplies through ActivStyle and what supplies you may be eligible to receive, please call and talk to one of our representatives at 1-800-214-4267, M-F 8AM - 7PM.
Sorry, no. In Alabama, supplier choice is limited by Alabama Medicaid. Medicaid recipients in Alabama must use a state approved provider. Check with your plan for a list of providers.
ActivStyle does have pullups. Size and the leg openings will vary by brand. Many customers are very happy with the Rely incontinence pullups that we offer customers. Since you mention that you are on Medicare, I should let you know that Medicare does not cover incontinence products. If you need incontinence products and private pay for them we'd recommend that you check out RelyMedical.com for affordable and quality products.
ActivStyle is not a medical supply store, it is a medical supply company that specializes in home delivery of medical supplies. ActivStyle's offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 7PM.
