They should change their name to "Take you for Granite" because that is what they did. Put a deposit on granite and when our contractor quit on us, they added an additional 3500.00 to our original quote! Our contractor wasn't even going to use them and they had us over a barrel. Unethical business practices and shady dealings. Stay far far away from this place! I stand by my original posting because my contractor was never fired. It would be interesting to see when the last time he used your company and the fact that he called you just shows how spiteful he truly is and how we were taken advantage of by both parties.

Great experience all around. Amy and Patricia were very helpful in identifying good quartz candidates for my project, which is a built-in shelving unit with a quartz countertop. Templater was very friendly and professional and came on the day I requested. Installation crew was very professional as well, got the job done quickly on the day I requested and cleaned up after themselves. Great product, great service! Will use them again

A large crack developed in our LG Viatera quartz , it was installed six months ago in the master bath shower by Granite and Marble Warehouse. Neither LG Viatera quartz (now called LX Hausys) or Granite and Marble Warehouse is claiming any responsibility or offering to repair our quartz. It is a bathroom shower wall, nothing occurred to damage the quartz, it has to be a manufacturing defect or the wall was installed incorrectly. LG has a 15 year warranty on the Viatera, they are not honoring the warranty. Granite and Marble Warehouse denies any responsibility and says their warranty is only for 5 days after installation. I would never buy LG (LX Hausys) quartz again and I would definitely NOT use Granite and Marble Warehouse. Go to DeBeers instead. Go anywhere but Granite and Marble Warehouse-go somewhere that installs quartz on shower walls correctly and stands behind their work.
