Wow! Greg was beyond amazing! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great customer service. I originally came in to upgrade my damaged phone without knowing that I could just file a claim to get a new device for $29. Asurion was giving me a hard time and wanted to charge me $229. Greg went out of his way to talk to them and even help me file my claim, provide additional paperwork that I needed in order to get a new device for $29. Not only am I saving hundreds of dollars but I'm walking away with a huge smile and simply wowed by how great Greg was. Thank you Greg for all that you do for Verizon customers.

For inventory questions, best to call them and ask directly. Samsung and Apple are their primary in-store products, but this past week they had some Motorola devices on display. Based on Verizon's website, this phone should be available. Hope this helps.

You could try calling Tech support and they will walk you through the steps you need to take. They've resolved several issues for me.
Mainly, I wouldn't just sit it in water, although, i did jump in the pool with mine in my pocket one day and it still worked fine!
