Switched from Verizon to AT&T through Farmers Telephone to get a more personalized experience with a local company. Had a few issues (wasn't getting group texts, or picture texts), made one phone call and they got me straight in less than 5 minutes. Shout-out to Skylar at FTC for an excellent job!!! She was friendly, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Called to get autodraft payments set up with their customer service. They cannot do it over the phone so they make you go to their website, make an account, and set up autodraft payments yourself. The site is poorly laid out and very confusing. After 2 hours of making an account and finally putting in my card for auto payments, apparently you have to check a little box to actually start the autodraft. So when it didn't pull the money, they shut down the internet and charged me $30 to turn it back on. Maybe instead of making the customer do all the work, sending us to a trash website and costing is more money, actually set up the draft for them. Highly dissatisfied with the service. Terrible service with bad website.

You can definitely pay over the phone. I think Saturday hours are till noon. I'm sure they can restore service same day since everything's done over the phone line anyway.
I think on Saturday u have to go in
Try unplugging and re-plugging DVR. Call FTC if that does not fix it or if it happens again.
