The most Racist, stereotype place I’ve ever encountered . Rude customer, rude comments . How can you run a business with such awful behavior like that . Never again will I go here . I only came because I was looking for affordable kid clothing options but no one deserves such awful treatment as we experienced. This is not a diverse welcoming place . One of the customers was helping me and my good ridden the cagier was so awful . We all deserve to be treated with respect regardless of what we look like or appear to look like . I’m almost 40 I’ve a baby face never go to this crummy awful place

I was crapped on by this place. These non profit organizations seem to be hiring rude mean spirited people. Denise talk to me like I was so beneath her. Then after having to keep calling to get a call back. Allison in management defended her behavior by turning me down for help. God don't like ugly and these folks are out here being down right evil.

A great thrift store with affordable prices. Right next to the food shelf. The food shelf also has pet supplies sometimes. Really helpful. Items I can actually use.

The don’t have dressings rooms open and all sales are final. In my mind you can’t have both. Either open up the dressing rooms or allow in store credit on clothing.

Prism is closed today.
They are generally only open during the weekdays. I'm not sure what hours they are taking donations, Best to call them and make sure (it has changed so much with covid /their schedules).
You can fill out the volunteer application form on the website and the Volunteer Manager will be in touch with you. www.prismmpls.org/volunteer

We offer morning, afternoon and evening hours in an effort to meet a variety of scheduling needs. All visitors are connected with a case manager and they can help you problem solve in order to get the help you need.
Our free shelf offers a wide variety of items that are 'over flow' from the food shelf. All items are free and open to the public. The food shelf is free of charge. All visitors meet with a case manager and are then able to 'shop' in the Marketplace Food Shelf.
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins during food shelf hours meet with a case manager and are connected with needed resources and info. We aim for the experience to be easy to access.
No they don't. Bridging MN would take it.
Go around through hwy 55 and take Douglas, turn right at the roundabout and then right at the first Street after that and it will be on your left.
The best way to get an immediate answer, is to call IMMEDIATELY to their phone. I believe they are open till 5pm
