Dropped off an Amazon return there on Monday. I was provided a UPS tracking number on the receipt. I just called today, Friday and they told me that there is no tracking number with Amazon returns. The person that answered the phone was also extremely rude. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I requested a UPS pick up for an Amazon return. UPS did not stop by without a 24-hour period. So I went to this store with a copy of the return barcode only to find out that they could not use that to identify the shipment. They gave me a number to Amazon Customer Service and Amazon sent me a return label via email. However, this store would not print out the label for me, they would not accept an email from me to be able to print out the label, nor would they scan the label from my phone. I had to return home with the oversized large package, print and attach the label to the box, and return the package to the store. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

0-2 UPS stores now I have visited looking for a notary. 12 people working there and they dont have a notary. UPS should probably stop advertising as a notary service provider.

You can't even ask for a peace of tape they say NO they make you buy a whole pack and they are So.... rude. Hate going there.
