They charge me $3 to print a UPS overnight label. I could understand having to pay for something else to be printed but a UPS label.

Very unfriendly. Sorry but I'm not sure of names because I didn't see any tags and nationalities might be wrong also, but their was an Indian man who was wearing a black shirt, looked like the Manager, didn't greet me upon walking in the store, but he was very nice and friendly to the Caucasian women he was helping outside of the store. There was a young Asian girl at the register who said hello when I walked in, no smile, dry and after I said thank you, she said nothing, I said Thank you again and this time she spoke up, very dry still.. While I was being waited on by her, a black man walked in, she greeted him and instead of helping him, the Manger picked up a non ringing phone. Very interesting observations. This place will only ever be a drop off point for me and only if im in the area. I would never spend a dime of my money here.
