Have never been treated so poorly by any Kaiser facility.... Spend 5 hours in urgent care Saturday 6/4 for an abscess... Was told nothing could be done and given a course of antibiotics... Since then the abscess as grown to more than double and extremely painful... Was then sent to OB-GYN in NoHo only to be told IV antibiotics are need and that a Dr Lowry would be waiting for me in Panorama City... According to receptionist there's no Dr Lowry at this facility !!!! Have been dealing with this painful situation since Thursday night.... I'M LOSING MY PATIENCE !!!!!!!
