As always, the food was delicious and fresh. Been a while since I've been here at lunch on a workday, so I'm guessing the slightly longer wait than usual might be a staffing issue. Luckily I wasn't too crammed for time. My waiter was friendly and not intrusive. One of the better Macado's in the area. Thanks for a great impromptu lunch.

Very good burger. Had the Wild Bill. Very reasonably priced for a family of five. Haven't been to Salem in over 20 years, so it was nice to see Macado's is still around.

We’ve eaten at this establishment for years. We took a large party there last year and had an excruciatingly long wait time for food ( over 2 hours ) we attributed this to covid and we totally gave them a pass as we understood what they were grappling with ( supply chain issues, staffing problems, and newly emerging crowds thanks to the availability of vaccines ). We had dinner there last night and experienced the exact same issues. We arrived at 5:30 and while our order went in within a half hour, our food didn't arrive for well over an hour. 2 of the orders were wrong and a bunch of our food was cool ( and therefore distasteful ) and none of the soft drinks tasted right. It's one thing to wait over an hour and half for food but the food to be unpalatable, it makes for a truly awful experience. We didn't hold our new server responsible or the kitchen staff that was understaffed. This is clearly a management issue and needs to be dealt with.

I ordered online yesterday evening lasagna supreme & 2 salads. They called me back saying they had sold out so I chose wings & fries. When I got there, they were busy with door dash orders & people eating in but the staff were so nice & professional. I am very impressed on how these young ladies up front treated me even tho busy. The food was great! Thank you cooks & ladies up front I will be back!! Definitely great customer service!!!
