Why on earth do they require the card you use to enter the parking garage to be the same cars you use when you exit? Do we not live in the 21st century? Do we not live in an era of timed ticket stubs? Do we not have the technological capacity for a better system? This makes it incredibly difficult to drive someone’s car and drop it off in the garage for them to pick up later. Which is something you need to be able to do if you are visiting people with busy schedules. Get with the modern age, MSP.

Yes, there is. Follow Arrivals signs and stay to the left. You will see signs to Valet.
I would think that's fine. Whether you're flying or driving back, your paying for overnight parking. 2 days of parking isn't anything out of the ordinary. Only thing I can think of is you'd have to walk into the ramp to avoid paying for additional parking for the vehicle that's dropping you off. No big deal.

The shortest walk would be using the Quick Ride Ramp at 5315 Northwest Dr. It's credit card only. A free shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle after you park and they'll drop you off at the terminal, same when you get back.

Push the green button on the screen, at the entry plaza, for a ticket. Leave the ticket in the vehicle. Another option, use his credit card, which acts like a ticket, and then have him send you a picture of the credit card. Give the credit card numbers to the cashier at the exit who then can pull up the information and then you can pay another way, cash or credit. If the nephew is paying for it, with a little paperwork, do a credit card not present and he can pay for it. The cashier will be happy to help your husband.
