So I got a new tire and tube at the shop in sylva for the ebike that I bought on line. The mechanic Crew was happy to provide the service even though I did not buy the bike there. I had taken this same bike to Cherokee motion Makers and they told me that they didn't have time to do the repair at the time. I was impressed by overhearing a conversation with the person at Cherokee, where this person was looking out for another customer and he recommended your competition in Bryson city after getting a negative answer from the shop in sylva over this customer's needs. I do love you all for trying to move bicycling forward in society even if you don't make all of the money off of it all of the time. I do not mind at all that the Cherokee shop was not capable of getting my repair done. I did love that I was able to call and schedule an appointment in sylva and get a new tire and tube So you got the Ten because you have too many wins!!! I think that you should be proud of your people and the culture that you have created. I really do hope that things are as good as I see them!!!

I called at 5 pm yesterday to say I had a flat tire and could they fix it. They said bring it in and by 6 pm I had a new tire and tube - outstanding customer service! I was amazed - great folks.

They hooked us up on a fast repair job. Thanks so much to the mechanic who was willing to work on our bike. Something I notice the shop needs some bikes in the $500-$700 range for ppl wanting to get into biking. Not everyone wants to spend $1000 on their first bike. I know that Specialized and Diamondback carry bikes in this price range. So just my thoughts thanks guys for the help.
