If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Trying to get in contact with them is like trying to get a cat to learn tricks - it’s not happening. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get ahold of them since June 15th and here it is July 7th and still have not got a single call back. It is ridiculous how the phone is never answered and calls are never returned. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about your well-being. If they did they would answer the phone for their patients or at least give a call back after leaving voicemail after voicemail!!!!!

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 4 days now with no response and no one answering the phone. My medication is about to run out and when I go through withdrawals I try to commit suicide. Don't waste your time here. They aren't worth it.

Extremely pleased with the care my son is getting here so far. EDIT: I can't even get someone to return my phone call, my son is going to run out of his medication soon, and I've been trying to call and left messages for 2 weeks, without so much as a call back. If he goes into withdrawal because of the negligence of these folks, I will be livid! Please check your messages and call back your patients! Can't even schedule another appointment, goes straight to a voicemail that apparently nobody is monitoring at all! Do better!

Meridian offers a full continuum of behavioral health services throughout Western North Carolina, including individual, group, and family therapy for adults and children. Call the location you are planning to visit during business hours. Meridian rarely closes due to weather, however individual staff may be out depending on local road conditions.
There may be a minimal co-pay depending on the situation. An assessment will be necessary so you need to go in and speak with them. I would suppose you could call in for your initial appointment if you have never been there. (828) 456-8604

We do have limited resources available to help you to access housing. To know for sure if you qualify for these limited resources you would need to be seen in our office for an assessment and would be expected to engage in services as part of accessing those monies.
