The hall itself was beautiful, but the manager niya was extremely unprofessional and cursed out children at the sweet 16 that was being hosted multiple times. i have videos of her standing on the desks cursing and trying to fight minors and I do not believe she should be working there anymore.

My wife and I had a great experience renting room A. Everyone was so helpful if we had any questions. I would recommend renting a room from them if you are going to throw a baby shower

The Civic Center and Riverwind Community Building are a “Place of Public Accommodation” – the facilities do not fall under the category of churches for the purposes of services, weddings, and similar events, as defined by State public health regulations related to COVID-19. *We are required by the state of Minnesota to limit groups to 25% of room capacity. *Food is not allowed unless it is plated and served or pre-packaged such as boxed meals. Bottled water or soft drinks are allowed. *All events on Fridays and Saturdays MUST end by 10:00 pm. One hour is allowed for clean-up, the last person must be out by 11:00 pm. *At City Facilities masks must be worn at all times indoors other than as exempted by the Governor’s order. Masks may be removed while eating or drinking. If you can, maintain 6 feet of physical distance from others who are not a member of the same party. *It is your responsibility to ensure you and your guests comply with state regulations regarding COVID-19 policies.
