I had my very first surgery here nurse Erica was the BEST she explained everything to me , was gentle with me and took very good care of me without that nurse I don’t think I would be leaving this review the hospital is great just make sure your nurse is good my other 2 nurses that came were AWFUL but Erica she made this life changing event a good experience for me after surgery I can’t thank her enough

I just had a surgery done and everyone took such good care of me. All of the nurses assigned to me were so nice and attentive. Initially I thought I wouldn’t be able to care for myself when I got home, but they made sure I could. The doctor who did the surgery was amazing as well. Thank you to everyone at this hospital.

I recently had two back surgeries at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, Plano. I cannot say enough about the entire staff from the surgeons, nursing staff and the radiology staff that had to come in after hours on the weekend. Everyone was awesome. They were responsive, caring and explained everything involved in my surgeries and care. My only regret is that I cannot thank each and everyone invoked in my two stays. They are an amazing team of individuals and I am thankful to all of them.

I was fat shamed today and was refused the procedure my doctor ordered. The nursing staff have zero compassion and the president Larry isn’t any better. I will NEVER go back.
