Waited for about an hour for them to check my vehicle for the free tire repair to fix the nail in my tire. I had replaced all my tires one year ago and do not drive this car often. The sales person Austin was very rude in my interaction with him and unhelpful. With them claiming the tires were no good and refusing service. If this is the way you try to makes sales quotas, that’s just unethical and ridiculous. Been here countless times and this was the worst experience I’ve had here. From a service standpoint this is one of the worst places you can visit.

I used the online order and scheduled an installation appointment. It took exactly as long as they said. Next time I will do the same. I buy all my tires at discount tires.
