Purchased ride command with my machine for wifi, connect ability to other riders in a group, and to plan rides with app. Come to find out, I paid for it, was sold on it back in September 2021 and now that I have the 2 machines I ordered, none of it works! No wifi, can't sign into app, can't plan rides, can't connect to other riders....its no good to me and I paid for 2 units!! Over $3000! Been dealing with polaris on this through my dealer and they do not seem to want to make it good. This hurts resale also. How can you sell a cadillac with a "stereo" and then when customer gets it, it doesn't have the stereo?? Fraudulent! If polaris doesn't make it good with me, I will never buy another(and I have had 3 utvs in 3 years-thats over $120,000!!). And I'm gonna tell all the people I know.

What a fraud of a company. Do not buy. Bought a rzr 200 for my kids. Broke on day 1. They claim we hit something but we have not hit anything. I thought this was offroad? They have not taken it anywhere my kids don't take there powerwheel. Lol my kids powerwheels are stronger than this thing. Not only will they not back their product and warranty it, but then we went to order replacement parts and they tell us we can't get them until October. Are you kidding. We owned this thing 1 day and it fails and then they tell us we have to wait 5 months to order replacement parts. What a joke of a company. We have not even had this machine over 14 mph. This is insanity. Please do yourself a favor and buy a different product. This is nothing but a headache and an inferior product. Do yourself a favor and get a real offroad vehicle...a powerwheel.

I waited months to receive the RZR 200 for my 10yr old daughter, just for it to have an electrical wiring issue. It's been sitting at the Polaris dealer in Longview TX for almost 2 months waiting on a new wiring harness. Ridiculous. No one has called with any updates. It's been in the shop as long as she's had it to ride.

Polaris is almost always hiring. The website has an extensive list of open positions at all Polaris locations and you can filter out the Wyoming, MN location to display only those open positions.
It depends on the idea. I work there, so you could just tell me. If you're in sales are trying to develop a business relationship or something, you're going to have to find the right engineers and convince them to do business with you. Maybe go to a trade show or something?
