Staff was really helpful and accomodating. Too bad i ddnt get his name but said he is of spanish descent... He gave one kid a surprise balloon treat and made sure my 24 inch helium with confetti balloon wouldnt pop outdoors.🤣😀

Yes, Party City is open year-round.

Just wondering do I have to pre order balloons if I need 15 black and 15 gold and if so can I call that in or do I need to do so in person?

More thsn likely you'll need to go in. You'll have to pay for them before they will hold them. Just a heads up, always call a few days before to make sure they did indeed hold them. I've had a pre order just disappear and no replacements.
