The Davey Tree Account Mgr (Ethan) and administrative team did a great job communicating my specific requests for our 50 ft tree trimming job to the 3 person crew. The crew lead (Issac) climbed to the top thinning major branches while maintaining the shape of our Blaze Autumn Maple. The other crew members trimmed the lower level and fed the huge chipper and cleaned up. Great job and team coordination!

Absolute professionals hands-down! Once again Davey has came through to get me all the way together. Whatever the job, they can handle it! Thanks again😎

The Davey crew removed 6 overgrown spruce trees from our back yard. From the initial quote visit by the Arborist, to the removal and cleanup, all staff were efficient, effective and professional. Job well done!

Beware of Davey Tree manager Jacob Ryg he falsely rip off customer. This was his history. The man who had been Rochester’s most visible supporter of planting more trees in the city has been charged with three felonies, accusing him of falsifying his vacation and sick hours information. The charges were filed yesterday against former city forester Jacob Ryg. The 36 year old Ryg left his job with the city Park Department earlier this year after evidence of what had happened was confirmed. His supervisor became aware of the activity in December. The criminal complaint says Ryg admitted to a police investigator that he had falsified the reports in 2012 and last year. The complaint says the total monetary value of the paid time off that was not deducted from his account was just over $11,500. After learning of the activity, the city reclaimed Ryg’s unused vacation and sick time in January. The total reversal was around $5600. The complaint says Ryg also gave the city a check for just under $1,000. The balance owed the city is nearly $3400. He has been ordered to make his first court appearance May 1st

Probably around $500 but Davy will never show up to do it. Find a different tree service, you will have better luck.
Brush is accepted by residents Saturday mornings only. No cap on how much you can bring. No roots, stumps, compost, soil, or lawn clippings accepted. There is no charge for brush drop off.
