Good Price - Horrible Communication - Disregard for safety. I went with this company because they were about $200 cheaper than others. I should have paid the extra money. Originally they told me it would be "any day now" that the technician would come spray my trees and that turned into 4 WEEKS! They told me the spray was dangerous to children and animals and they would let us know when they came so we could stay out of the area, but they sprayed without notifying my neighbors who had both children and animals in the area during application. This shows a huge disregard for the safety and consideration of customers and neighbors. I would not use them again. When I shared my frustrations with them, they blew me off. There are plenty of other good tree care companies out there - DON'T USE THIS ONE! Update 7/14/22: In reply to the owner's response, your technician may be "licensed, experienced, and well-trained", but they certainly were not courteous. I have since used other tree companies that were both affordable and courteous. I take offense to your comment about dramatic improvement because I believe it is intentionally misleading to other customers. The trees look exactly the same 5 years later as they did before they were sprayed. They never looked any different.
