Place is absolutely filthy. Soda machine wasn’t working, didn’t have creamer for coffee, and the sausage gravy was watery. Workers seemed like they really didn’t want to be there. We won’t be back.

Poor management and lazy employees equals customers going elsewhere. Steak and Shake in Lynchburg is a prime example.
