The day I went into the store it was filled with customers but only one sales associate (Terry). Even though Terry was super busy he made sure to acknowledge and welcome us when we walked in, apologized that it may take a while until he gets to us but still asked if there were any questions he could answer. Terry is very knowledgeable about all of the appliances in the store and he is very friendly as well. I bought all of my kitchen appliances from PJ's Appliance Outlet and have told everyone I know to only come to PJ's Appliance Outlet for appliance needs. I also had the chance to work with PJ who contacted his supplier to make sure I had everything I needed for my range to be installed. Terry, PJ and all of the sales associates were so great to work with and took AMAZING care of me!! Thank you so much!!!

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they had a good variety. Also, their stock of high end, Italian stoves is amazing.

Had a great experience Saturday afternoon. Great staff helped me get the best appliances for the best deal. Showed me exactly what I wanted and for me loaded and out the door in a very short amount of time. Very professional and extremely nice. The sales associate was able to answer every question They had a few of the same appliance I was purchasing and he took the time to check around the store and get me the best one possible! It’s a scratch and dent store so I expected some scratches and dents but he was able to find me one that I could hardly tell had a scratch or dent by looking at the front. Extremely pleased with the customer service and how nice the employee was. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone for a great deal and good appliances.
