The quality of work was done well. However, even with an appointment (2 months in advance), it still took Heppner's Auto Body 3.5 weeks to finish a job. Like I mentioned, I liked the quality of work but did not appreciate that this time frame was not communicated with me.

Great job. They are a very busy place so you need to expect to wait a month to get in and generally a couple weeks or more to fix the issues. Obviously every circumstance is different. So that's not really helpful. They do great work very helpful staff. I wouldn't bring my body work anywhere else

as always the drive in auto show was great again this year, over 80 cars, i like the small car shows, it's good to see the young people helping, future hot rodders, hope all donated to the cause. i will be back next year. jerry

Hi Bryan, we wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of all cars after we have repaired them, things tend to get a little dusty in the shops! We don't offer true, full detail services at any of our locations anymore unfortunately. Thank you for asking!
Hi Paul, We offer rental coverage according to the estimate written, $500 worth of damage = 1 day of coverage, up to 5 days and if your repair exceeds that 5 day mark, you are responsible for the rental costs but the price will be at our body shop discounted rate, not retail prices you might see at an airport rental counter.
